Chicken Noodle Casserole

Makes: 4 servings
This is a dish that I threw together one night in a hurry. The taste is wonderful and it was an great way to get my 2 1/2 year old to eat broccoli!!
cream of chicken soup
boneless chicken breast
finely shredded chedder cheese
You will need a 8x8 or 9x9 backing dish (or whatever you have)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
boil the chicken until it is fully cooked
boil the egg noodles until done but still firm
spray your dish with pam or an equivalent
after the noodles are done layer the bottom of the dish with the noodles.
After the chicken is done run cold water over it and shred it. Then layer that over the noodles.
On top of the shredded chicken layer the frozen broccoli
with your can of soup, cook it on the stove top. Ad the can of concentrate and about 3/4 can of water and whisk while bringing to a boil. When that is done then pour it over the broccoli.
Take the shredded cheese and layer it on top of everything.
Stick in the oven covered with foil and back for 30 minutes.
Let stand for about 5 minutes and then enjoy!!

Omg I love this recipe. It is actually something I make myself for my family, and I use the same rations except I use at least 2 chicken breaststroke cut up for more meat content. But we love this. It is so delicious and so easy to prep and cook. Thanks for sharing.
