Tasty homemade twist on Chinese food
boneless skinless chicken breast
White or brown rice uncooked
Start cooking the rice first. Next clean and cut chicken into small cubes while heating oil in a wok or non stick skillet. Add cubed chicken to oil cook and brown the chicken. Once cooked remove chicken and set aside while adding lightly scrambled eggs to wok (add remaining oil if needed) . Dice scallions and add the chicken, rice and scallions to the eggs in the wok for a few minutes to blend and get rice a little crispy. Lastly add the soy sauce and mix together
