This cheesy sausage and potato casserole is easy and my whole family loves it.
package sausage (I prefer beef echrich)
1 8oz bag
shredded cheddar cheese
Cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil until tender.
Fry sausage until light brown.
Layer potatoes, sausage and cheese in 8 in casserole dish. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Enjoy
