Description: While the ingredients for this absolutely delicious dip can be a bit high priced depending on the time of year you make it - the delicious blend of flavors and cheeses more than make up for a few extra pennies you might need to spend! You're going to love this!
Ingredients:
12 slices
Bacon (diced)
8 ounces
Philadelphia brand cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup
Daisy Sour Cream
1/4 cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
2 cups
Baby spinach, chopped
1 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add bacon and cook until brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and lightly oil a 9-inch baking dish or coat with a non-stick spray
In a large bowl, combine your cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce
Stir in the bacon, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread the bacon mixture into your prepared baking dish, and then sprinkle with the remaining half of the cheeses
Place into oven and bake until a bubbly, golden brown, about 20 minutes
Serve warm and garnished with bacon and parsley if desired
