Makes: 5 Cups
Description: This is a casserole great for all occasions; Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fathers Day, Birthdays, etc. Its as simple as diced potatoes, onion, bacon, cheese, ranch and butter.
Ingredients:
4 cups
Diced Potatoes(your choice)
2 cups
Mixed Shredded Cheese
1
Diced Yellow Onion
1-2 lbs
Bacon
1
Ranch Powder Package
2 cups
Ranch Dressing
1 cup
Butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Cook Bacon till done.
Dice potatoes and place them in a casserole dish adding the butter, ranch packet, ranch dressing, diced onions and bacon. Place dish in the oven and let cook for 45 minutes before stirring.
After Stirring place back in the oven cooking for another 30 minutes or until potatoes soften.
Cover the top of the with cheese placing back in the oven under broil to your satisfaction.
