Description: 1 big block of Velveeta cheese melted in slow cooker with browned ground hamburger meat and one can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies served with tortilla chips for scooping!
Ingredients:

Large Velveeta cheese block
2 pounds
Ground chuck
1
Can of Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
1-2
Bags of tortilla chips
Instructions: Melt down velveeta cheese block in a slow cooker on low heat. Brown ground chuck, add salt and pepper. Drain grease. Add meat to cheese in slow cooker. Add one can of Rotel, drained for milder spice or undrained for more spice. Mix together and warm through. Serve with tortilla chips for scooping.
