Makes: 15 servings
Description: Don't let the name fool you, Everyone LOVES this salad, I get compliments all the time.
Ingredients:
1 head
Iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 head
Cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
2 Cups
Mayonnaise
1
Medium sized red or yellow onion chopped
1 lb.
Bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
3/4 Cup
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 Cup
Sugar
Instructions: In a very large bowl layer lettuce and cauliflower. Spread with mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with onion, bacon, Parmesan cheese and sugar in order. Cover, refrigerate up to 24 hours. Just before serving mix well. 15-20 servings.
