Table for One by Camille Funk has been a staple in my tiny, Manhattan Kitchen. As someone who loves cooking, it was hard scaling down my favorite recipes to fit me when I moved out of my family's home (not to mention the amount of leftovers was down right depressing!). Table for One has delicious meals that make me feel at home with beautiful desserts to go alongside. My favorite part is that in the back of the book, Camille Funk lists ingredients and then recipes that go along with it. That way when you buy a bunch of cilantro, you aren't left with it going spoiled in your fridge after you whip up your meal. You can find other meals that utilize those same ingredients!
