A spicy delicious dip good for dinner parties, easy to make and easy to transport! Dip veggies, chips, or whatever else you choose!

Heat cream cheese and hot sauce in pan until cream cheese is melted. Chop the canned chicken into bite sized pieces, and add to the cream cheese mixture as well as the the ranch. Finally, turn the heat off and add the cheese. Mix well, and it's ready to serve!
