BOBBY FLAY IS THE BOMB

My all-time favorite cookbook is Bobby Flay's Throwdown!. My family and I love every recipe I have made from it. I love the fact that there are two versions of the dish so you can decide for yourself whose recipe is more appealing, Bobby's or his challengers'.
