She launched herself into a new full-time career, far outside her old job in the television industry. Christina Rae 
Cristina Rae is a singer & performer who appeared on Season 15 of America’s Got Talent (AGT). Her inspiring and powerful voice was moving,  resulting in a Golden Buzzer performance and taking third place in the competition.  Cristina shares her personal journey and her rise from homelessness. She tells us how she stays positive, uses manifesting to envision her success and what perspective to have each morning when you wake up. Renae Bluitt
In this episode, we sat down with Renae Bluitt, storyteller, entrepreneur, and filmmaker, who serves as an advocate for Black women's representation in media. Renae shares with us the valuable insight and passion behind her first film as Creator and Executive Producer, 'She Did That,' which is currently streaming on Netflix. The film offers an up-close and personal look at Black women entrepreneurs, addresses topics like the funding gap for women of color. Renae is also the voice behind the blog, ‘In Her Shoes,' which features Black women who are leaving their mark on the world and paving the path for generations to come. Dorinda Walker
Our conversation with Dorinda Walker is a must-listen, inspiring story of change. Dorinda is the author of the book, "Protected by Purpose," marketer, change agent &  CEO of Cultural Solutions Group. She shares with us her incredible story of resilience, hard work, determination and forgiveness. Tiffany Derry 
In this episode, we sat down with Tiffany Derry, former Top Chef fan favorite, celebrity chef, and restaurant owner. Tiffany is currently appearing as a guest judge on Season 18 of Top Chef and was a former Top Chef contestant and fan-favorite. We were thrilled to talk with her about her rise to success & the amazing perspective that helped her get there.  Tiffany started her career in the kitchen at just 15. Despite the obstacles, she has gone on to become one of the most well-known and loved celebrity chefs. Tiffany talks with us about not having many black female chefs to look up to,  and how she had the confidence to push through a male-dominated industry. Tina Wells 
In this episode, we are joined by Tina Wells, author, and entrepreneur.  Prepare to be inspired as she shares her incredible journey to success. At just 16 years old, she began her first business, which eventually grew to the marketing firm, Buzz Marketing Group. Tina is also an accomplished author best known for the tween series Mackenzie Blue, and the most recent series, The Zee Files.  Tina shares with her how she got started at such a young age and how the power of women supporting women helped her get where she is today. Macie Alvis Walker 
Marcie Alvis-Walker, creator of Black Coffee With White Friends,  shares the inspiration behind her popular blog and what people can learn from having the courage to explore their questions and the perspectives of others.  We dive into how Marcie's experiences, often as the only black woman in predominantly white spaces, led to a shift in how she used her voice to tell and listen to stories.  Marcie's perspective is inspiring. She shares how we can use our fear to listen and understand those with different opinions and grow from those conversations. Michelle Silverthorn
​​In this episode, we are joined by Michelle Silverthorn, Founder, and CEO of Inclusion Nation, where she helps companies and organizations ensure that the workplace is inclusive & authentic. Michelle is a recognized organizational diversity expert and speaker. Michelle is a and author of the book, Authentic Diversity: How to Change the Workplace for Good.  This episode was filmed the day the horrific spa shootings in the Atlanta area, resulting in the death of 8 people, of whom 6 were Asian women. Michelle gives us her take on this event, helps us break down race, representation, and bias in our country, and shares why we need to start having honest conversations in order to make real change.




Brandi Riley 
In this episode, we chat with writer, thought-leader, mother, community builder and influencer activist, Brandi Riley. She is on a mission to help women realize and ask for their worth.
