Bean Soup with Dumplings

Makes: 6 bowls

Description: Hearty bean soup with homemade dumplings are perfect for a cold fall or winter day. It is fast and easy to make and requires 6-7 ingredients....depending on taste.

Ingredients:
1 can  Family size can of Campbell's Bean with Bacon
1 can  Water
5-6  Eggs
1/4 tsp  Baking Powder

Instructions: Empty contents of can plus water into large pot. Cook over medium heat. Meanwhile, mix eggs, baking powder and salt and/or pepper in large mixing bowl. Slowly add flour until the mixture is the consistency of thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling soup. Cover and simmer about ten mintues or until fork insterted in dumpling comes out clean. Makes 5-6. Servings.
