This is by far my favorite workout program. There are a variety of different types of workouts to do. Some workouts can be very intense while others are kept low key for beginners. There are some videos that are longer than others which is great if you just want to do something quick one day. I enjoy the 20 minute workout because it is quick and I can fit it into my busy schedule between work, my family, etc. each video is taught by the same person so it is nice to get to know and get comfortable with who you are working with every day. I would recommend Beachbody Turbo Jam to anyone who is looking to loose weight and have fun while doing it!!
This is one of my favorite workout programs...the other is done by the same instructor. Chalene Johnson teaches you her "Elite 11" moves that will lay the ground work for all future workouts in the Learn and Burn DVD. The original program consists of 5 workouts: Learn & Burn, 20 minute Workout, Turbo Sculpt, Cardio Party and Ab Jam...you can also order the Fat Burning Elite program that gives you 5 more workouts (which I highly recommend) to choose from. Chalene is an excellent instructor, I feel like she's not too cheesy, she might be a bit peppy for some but that's pretty much what you expect from a cardio workout. Regardless, she really keeps you motivated throughout the entire workout and as an added bonus the music is fantastic! One of the other things I love is that the people look real! Some of them look more toned than normal people but you also have normal looking way less than toned people and not just young but older people as well. The workouts can be super intense or done at your own pace as Chalene encourages you throughout to do it at your level. I'm probably not the best reviewer but I think this workout program is one of the best things I've ever spent money on. You can get it at beachbody.com.
