Wonderful protien packed meal for phase 2 of VGS/Bariatric surgery but also a tasty treat for anyone!
Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
Grated/Shredded Parmesan Cheese (good quaility)
Salt & Pepper
Jarred Tomato Paste Sauce (pureed until smooth)
Shredded Part Skim Mozzareralla Cheese
Preheat oven to 450F.
Mix ricotta, parmesan, beaten egg & seasonings together, place in an ovenproof dish. Pour marinara on top, and top with mozzarella.
Bake 20-25 min.

Delicious! I double the recipe so that my family can enjoy this too and for leftovers. Its so very simple to make too! This has been my go to meal on several occasions now during my pureed stage of my journey.
