Makes: 1 smoothie
A yummy and tart berry smoothie full of antixodiants
unsweetened coconut milk
POM Wonderful Juice
coconut oil (optional)
protein powder (optional)
Blend all in blender until desired consistency, adding water if you need to thin it out. Most often I don't add the protein powder unless I need the added protein. The coconut oil especially in the morning gives me the energy boost I need. It's nice and tart very tasty
I would make this without juice to reduce the sugar content.
