Makes: 1 smoothie
Description: A yummy and tart berry smoothie full of antixodiants
Ingredients:
1/4 cup
raspberries
1/4 cup
blackberries
1/4 cup
cranberries
1/2 cup
unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup
POM Wonderful Juice
1/2 med
Carrot
1 cup
ice
1 TBS
coconut oil (optional)
1 scoop
protein powder (optional)
Instructions: Blend all in blender until desired consistency, adding water if you need to thin it out. Most often I don't add the protein powder unless I need the added protein. The coconut oil especially in the morning gives me the energy boost I need. It's nice and tart very tasty
I would make this without juice to reduce the sugar content.
