A simple and healthy dinner made with only five ingredients!
Bell Pepper and Onion Mix
1 1/2 cup
Brown Rice (instant)
In heated skillet, add olive oil. Cut sausage links ( you can use only one link, but I use both. Slice them thick or thin as you like) and add to skillet. As it's browning, prep instant rice. Microwave or stove top is fine. Stir sausage a few times, then add bell pepper mix. Once it is browned to satisfaction, add in the tomato sauce. Turn down and simmer a few minutes. Now your meal is complete. Strain and scoop rice on plates, add skillet ingredients on top!
