Description: A hot, creamy artichoke dip that's super simple - and addicting!
Ingredients:

Cans 14 Ounce artichoke hearts in water, drained well

Cups Mayonnaise
2
Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-3
Cloves Garlic, finely minced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 360°.
Chop artichoke hearts to about 1 inch pieces. Mix together all the ingredients. Spray or very lightly grease an oven-safe dish (about 1 1/2 quart size), add mixture. Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until top is lightly brown and dip is bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toast points.
