These green beans are delicious and super easy to make! Enjoy :)
Steam the green beans in the microwave (6 minutes is what I usually do but you may want to test halfway through for desired crisp level.) Mix with soy sauce, oil, and sugar and enjoy!
If you want to adjust the quantity of green beans, keep a 4-1-1 ratio of the soy sauce-sugar-oil

This is my favorite to side dish to serve during the holidays because it is vegan and healthy and tastes so good!
Fresh sweet corn is delicious year round! Grill it in the husk then slather with an herb butter made with chives, chive blossoms, parsley and lemon thyme.
Yummy spicy or sweet watermelon salsa. Perfect for summer or spring potluck/BBQ.
Serve with Tostitos lime chips.
