Makes: 5 cups
Description: A lower calorie (and still great tasting) alternative to traditional Egg Nog using soy milk.
Ingredients:
5 Cups
Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Pkg
Fat/Sugar free vanilla pudding mix
6 pkts
Steevia sweetner
1/2 tsp
Nutmeg
1 tsp
Rum extract
Instructions:
Mix all together in a blender.
Cover and refrigerate a few hours.
ENJOY!

The only bad thing is I end up drinking it all! Great alternative especially if your on a diet or vegan.
