Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to help deliver programs that exceed client goals.

 

Responsibilities


Effective and profitable management of client relationships including program development and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction

Collaboration with our business development team to pitch and implement programs

Facilitate Insights and Marketing programs including the following:

- Establish program plan and technical structure, execute set-up

- Manage member enrollment and communications

- Coordinate with research team to develop surveys, analysis and reporting

- Coordinate and communicate with operations and member services teams to   resolve issues and ensure ongoing success of programs



Skills and Experience


4 - 6 years experience in client management, marketing or market research.  Agency experience a plus.

Passion for client service.

Ability to handle multiple assignments, tasks and clients simultaneously.​

Detail oriented and able to work effectively with management, research and operations staff in a team environment

Effective and concise written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.​

Knowledge of social media a plus

Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment

 



Base Salary of $45,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience.
