New York Fashion Week brought in more than elegant designs and fashion-envy, it showcased the must-try makeup look for this Spring! Say goodbye to dark eyeshadow and nude lips and say hello to natural eyes and a bright lip color. This 2017 Spring trend calls for orange, hot pink and vivid purple shades!
Excited to try out this new look? We're here to give you a step-by-step tutorial using ONLY drugstore brands so that you can achieve this easy look at home! Plus, enter our giveaway for a $100 gift card to Ulta Beauty, where you can buy this makeup, or other cosmetics you love!
1. Apply a little foundation in order to even out your skin tone. We've been loving this Revlon Colorstay Foundation!
2. Use your fave lip balm to moisturize those lips and prep them for some lipstick.
3. To add a bit of intensity to your eyes and give them a more awake look, use CoverGirl: Ink It! eye-pencil. Use it to create the perfect cat-eye.
4. Brush a few strokes of mascara on your upper lashes to draw a little attention to your eyes. We can't get enough of this Maybelline Colossal Volum Express Mascara.
5. Warm up your face with a touch of pink from Milani Baked Blush, the perfect blush for spring.
6. Gently sweep some Physicians Formula Mineral Glow Pearls over the top of your lid, across your cheekbone, and just above your lip. This will add an irrestible glow to brighten up your face!
7. Lastly, apply a bright shade of the Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick to add that final punch to your look.
The most important step to this routine? Picking the right shade to match your skin tone! For this lipstick we recommend shades like Fuchsia Flash and Shocking Coral for lighter skin tones, Vivid Rose and Brazen Berry for warmer skin tones, and Pink Pop and On Fire Red for darker skin tones. So don't be afraid to be daring with your lip color this spring season, and get ready to impress!

I like the "natural" glow look for spring.
This was easy , I loved it! Please consider doing older women in your videos now and then. I am loving the Lumene CC Cream foundation along with LALooks cream foundation stick in mauve. I use Jane Iredale Mascara and Starlooks Artist Edition - Luxe Longwear Star Stamp + Liner Pen for a clean eyeliner look plus Urban Decay Afterglow in the shade SIN as a highligher. #AmberAngelsUniqueBoutique
Mineral glow I would like to test.
I've been loving the colorful eyeliner/colorful cut crease looks! I also love seeing all of the peachy glowy blushes
I am all about my eyes, I love my eyeliners... I would probably die without them...this look is so perfect, its bold and beautiful... Perfect for day or night I think
I have recently been buying and trying out tons of drugstore makeup to bring my clients & social media followers that have more of a beauty budget as many awesome products and dupes to get the same look as you would using high end products. Elf has really blown my mind lately with their new line and I have added a bunch of their products to my kit to share with clients that are on a budget. Also I have been giving cute makeup bags filled with a few of their products to teens after dying their prom makeup. Their contour palette is a great dupe for a couple expensive brands and it's perfect size for travel, your makeup bag in your purse, & I have a few to show and give away to clients if they are requesting contour suggestions that won't break the bank. My favorite spring trend is natural peachey look wether it's incorporated by highlighting the cheeks, lipstick, or a blush.
We don't have an Ulta close to where I live!! Been wanting to try their products!!
Pastels mixed with a bold coral or teal is perfect for spring time makeup
I love to use any bright berry color for my lips to brighten up a spring look.
Orangey and coral eye looks! I think its such a cool fresh look but has a little edge!
I like to use a peachy color blush on my face
lip balm and mascara for life!
Definitely the all natural look with just the lips being the focal point by adding a pop of color to make them bold & vivid #shespeakstv #BOLDforspring
For spring 2017 I really am loving the more natural look with bold lips being that pop of color. #boldforspring #shespeakstv
