    I find walking outdoors to be the best stress relief. I do adore the gym though when I had the time and money. Being able to track fitness and see progress and results is great motivation.

    My favorite way to exercise is taking my daughter for walks around our neighborhood in her stroller. It's good exercise for me, we get fresh air, and we can talk about all the things we see around us
