#12DaysOfSheSpeaks Day 1: Win a Timeless Fine Jewelry My Story Collection Long Diamond Bar Pendant

The first prize in our 2016 #12DaysofSheSpeaks giveaways will make you sparkle.

It's the Timeless Fine Jewelry My Story Collection long diamond bar pendant with customizable gemstone baguette accent.

Although it is valued between $1,030 and $1,200, depending which gemstone you select, this special piece of jewelry should not just live in the jewelry box, only to be brought out for the rare wedding.

According to  Jewelry Trends, this year, luxury pendants should not be saved for special occasions. She says, "There is no need to live according to the rule 'This is too beautiful and expensive to put it on today'. Our life is an opportunity – an opportunity to be trendy here and now."

The lines are blurring between the formal and the casual, so make sure you pick something you love and show it off - all day long!

The Timeless Fine Jewelry My Story Collection is a perfect example of how home and work can easily mix. It was started by Timeless Fine Jewelry co-owner Jackie Cohen. She wanted something she could wear every day to honor her adopted daughter, Julia. So she designed a ring that would always remind her of how lucky she is to be a mom. That's when she realized that everyone has their own story to tell, and the My Story Collection was born. Read more about Jackie and Julia here.

My daughter is the most important person to me. SHe is such a joy and a blessing and is a brilliant young woman. I suffer from RA,lupus, stenosis, osteo arthritis and ms and she helps take care of me when I need help and does her college work also. Without her I would have no help at all.

My mother-in-law passed away earlier this year very unexpectedly. I would love to honor her with a piece of aquamarine jewelry that I could wear in remembrance. She and I were very close and I miss her more every day.

I would greatly appreciate this giveaway I had my son in 2010 my mother took him from me I was in a dark time when I recovered I got back on my feet and then started seeing my son now I take him on weekends but I still don't have him permanently it breaks my heart I would go periods of time without seeing him at all which was the hardest thing in the world being away from your child I've always wanted something to represent this and to represent my son of course because he is the light of my life I've never been able to actually purchase one because I couldn't afford it but if there is any chance that I could be a winner it would be so greatly appreciated and something that I will always remember but something that represents him and I want that so bad thank you for this opportunity. I love all things sparkly. I used to really love rings. I would always have pretty rings on my hands. Now that I use a walker/wheelchair having rings on my fingers does not work. So my favorite would be the emerald pendent necklace. It is stunning. I am Irish AND emerald is my birthstone so it would be a perfect "my story" for me.
