Advocacy is built on authentic conversations, and effective Word of Mouth programs start with honest conversations between brands and consumers. We also believe that Word of Mouth is a critical tool in the marketing mix to drive sales, capture insights, and build brand advocacy.
Our Advocacy and Word of Mouth programs have three goals:
1. Introduce your brand and your value proposition to SheSpeaks Members through a branded community
2. Create, sustain and capture honest and authentic brand conversations between the brand and community members, between members, and between community members and their personal networks
3. Create and nurture brand advocates, and equip them to spread the word
We start by mining our rich consumer data profiles to find your target consumer. We then design a community engagement program using our community tools including surveying, discussion forums, rich content, and product sampling. Once we’ve identified brand advocates, we unleash advocacy messaging through our social sharing tools. The last step is measurement, including the tracking of online and offline conversations, offer and coupon redemptions and sales.
