Step 5: MEMBERS DISCUSS & EVALUATE, CAPTURING RICH INSIGHTS
The brand community shares feedback and discusses the brand and their product experience in discussion forums
Participants take a detailed evaluation survey to provide feedback and opinions about the product and brand, and to share their experiences with telling others about the product.
Rich consumer data is captured
Brands can participate in dialogue and engage directly with members
Step 6: Unleash Advocacy - Members Spread the Word
User generated content is also captured, member videos and reviews all become brand assets for the program.
Step 7: MEASUREMENT & REPORTING
Survey data and qualitative discussion is analyzed by SheSpeaks researchers and delivered to clients.
The final report includes: measurements, actionable insights, and suggestions for re-engaging the community.
