As a gift from a company, which would you prefer?

Companies offer a lot of incentives to get us to pay attention to their products and buy their brands.  If you had a choice, would you prefer a $10 gift card or coupons for free products?

And, as always, let us know why!

4-5 coupons for free products from brand name manufacturers (52.4%)

$10 gift card to spend anywhere (47.6%)

and I wouldn't really spend the $10 on the new product...so to get me to keep using their products....coupons are better.

coupons for free things would seem more valuable. It would be a fun way to try something new also.

I would just want the 10$ because most likely I wouldn't want/need/use the product they're offering for free.

I love to try new things. If I got a gift card I would spend it on necessities.

I would rather have 4-5 coupons for free products that way I can see if its worth paying for the next time.

The coupons would probably be for things I don't need or want, whereas the $10 I can use on anything!

10 dollars I can use in products that I actually use and coupons I am probably not going to use
