4-5 coupons for free brand name stuff is worth a lot more than $10 and we need as much as we can get these days.

I would like to have the flexibility to shop for items that my grandchildren might need; ie., clothing, school supplies, shoes, the necessities and maybe extras!

I think the better value would be to recieve the coupons. Getting four or five free brand name items would amount to more than ten dollars. However, if the coupons are only redemable as a "buy one get one free" type deal, than I would have to say the ten dollar gift card is better.
