It is now common to see dads involved in their kids' daily lives, but some say they get too many compliments for this. What do you think about the praise that modern dads get?

What is your experience observing what dads do and how people react to it?

They shouldn't get praise for doing the same things moms always do (16.5%)

If we want them to do things, we need to keep praising them (5.8%)

They deserve the praise - but moms do too! (68.5%)

I don't think dads get too much praise (10.0%)

    Both parents should get the praise in which they deserve. No more, no less. It's hard work being a parent - and in a world where there are so many things to complain about, it's refreshing to give and receive a nice word or two for a job well done.

    In a world where both parents are often working, I believe Dads should be just as involved as Moms. I think all parents that are making the effort to be there for/with their children deserve praise!

    All parents both mother and father deserve praise once in a while. Yo just let us know we're doing a good job because raising children in this world is hard.

    It is tough. I find women hesitate to give each other praise for fear of being judged.

    It takes two to do the deed...but often times I do more than my fair share when it comes to the boys. Dads at work all day so I guess I cant complain (too much)...
