    I have an adult child. Maybe she'll take me to work???

    I work home healthcare so unfortunately I'm unable to take her with me due to privacy laws. There's nothing more I'd rather do since her dream is to become a doctor.

    I used to volunteer at my mother's work - I loved it and I loved watching her work during my down time from visiting clients and filing...I truly think that is a large part of why I went into Social Work...I can't wait to expose my kids to this type of works - and my kids frequently go to work activities with their dad (he's a Pastor) and at times they are there when I work since a lot of work is at home....

    I no longer work, but when I did my daughters loved to join me at work. Makes them feel special, they have a better understanding of what you do all day & and maybe it inspires them.
