I need to know exactly what it does and how it does it. Is it dangerous? How long was this product testing? So many questions.

So I know they use charcoal to pump your stomach because it draws out toxins, so I guess the same principle could work on the other end, just in smaller quantities I suppose

Activated Charcoal is slightly different than the barbeque charcoal. Activated Charcoal can aid in many different stomach/intestinal issues, is safe to consume and has been used for many years in this fashion. Activated Charcoal traps chemicals/toxins and prevents their absorption in the body. I'm not sure that drinking it would be all that tasty, but one never knows unless they try. I'm game!
