It was easy to 'quit' cause I was never addicted.

I quit cold turkey with my first pregnancy but started back after I quit breastfeeding. Quit again with my second pregnancy but started back when my son passed at 9 weeks old and haven't been able to put them down since.

    1) Changed to a brand I did not like 2) Every Sunday night I created 7 baggies (one for Monday, one for Tuesday, one for Wednesday, etc). The first week each baggie contained 20 cigarettes. The second week each baggie contained 19 cigarettes. The third week each baggie contained 18 cigarettes, the fourth week 17, etc. 3) On the 19th week I ran out of baggies, and cigarettes, forever!
