    That would depend on the reason for the infidelity (is the spouse just a serial cheater?) and if both parties are willing to work on it.

    I'd say depends. Depends a lot on level of remorse commitment to not let it happen again and the reason it happened in the first place. So I said in some cases.

    Its never happened to me but I would hope we would try to work out why and try to fix it because we have been together a long time.
