I love the taste of these smoothies. Before I tried Naked, I didn't drink smoothies due to the consistency (chunks of fruit), but Naked is so smooth; I fell in love. Although it provides fruits and veggies, it's still not so healthy, mainly all the sugars. If you do have one, I suggest drinking a third to half of the contents at a time. Not the entire bottle. Just do your research on the ingredients and nutrition facts. Still love them, just don't drink them that much.
