This is a three step treatment. It's a face wash, mask, and a spot treatment all in one which is great because you don't have to worry about steps and picking up bottles through the morning or night when your really tired. You know when you come home from a long day and you wash your face before bed you just don't want to fool around with having to put 3-5 products on your face. I've been using this for a while now and it has 8.5 percent of benzoyl peroxide in it and that's a pretty strong dose. It has an exfoliant in it (small little beads). My face has stayed clear. I use it in the morning and evening. I use it as a wash. You wet your face and massage into skin for 2 minutes and then wash it off. I can really tell that it cleans out my pores. It has a intense cold sensation so if you have sensitive skin or just don't like that feeling then Id steer clear or take it easy and start with maybe washing your face with it once a day or just use on problem areas. I used it as a spot treatment one night this week and woke up and my breakout was gone so that was awesome. I think this product out of all that I've tried is actually working for me. My face is softer and clearer. The makers of Proactive made this new product. The packaging kind of suggest it's targeted toward teens both (girls and boys), but I'm 21 and use it. I honestly think it's for a lot of people regardless of age because most believe you won't get acne or think you grow out of it when you get older, but this product so far is working :)
