Wallet Wars: SheSpeaks Study Shows Shift in Purchasing Power (Forbes.com)

Earlier this year, a study by SheSpeaks, a leading women's marketing company, found that female breadwinners are less likely to defer to a spouse's opinion when spending on items like cars and technology. Only 13% of the breadwinners based electronics decisions on their husband's advice, unlike 30% of other married women.
