We’re not just another panel provider or surveying firm - we specialize in tough questions, and in developing integrated, multi-capability studies that deliver robust insights. Our core insight service is the Advisory Community which is an ongoing, facilitated dialogue that uses surveying, discussion capture, and ethnography to engage customers in product design, market testing and other research needs. We also develop more targeted research solutions for shorter term engagements.

In addition to our insights programs for brands, we develop proprietary research on an ongoing basis, focusing on women’s shopping behavior and use of social media. We’re always interested in working to understand the women’s market better.
