We all know that cravings are irresistible! With that being said we all experience a time where we always go back to that one dish/snack throughout the month. Is it a sweet tooth? Is it a salty dish? I am guilty of chips and roasted garlic hummus! What about you?

my go to comfort food no matter what the temperature outside is .. its peppermint ice cream and hot tea.. fills me up and comforts me..
