Child Gets bullyed

My child is 12 years old in the 5th grade . Last year she was the tallest one in her class. in her class now is a like girl the want leave her alone . My daughters father email one of her teacher tell her she needs to move the little girl that's bullying her she was kicking her and cause a brused. her leg. and that teacher moved my daughter. but this little girl got mad and she was being mean in her other classes that shes in with her. the little girl did not want to give the class papers to my daughter then I email that teacher don't know what was done to this girl .then the little girl started doing thing not in the class like when the are changing class and waiting for the bus .this time the girl told my daughter to hurry up before she slap her in the f***ing mouth. then my little girl told the teacher and the teacher said she talked to the Assistant Principal but nothing was done. the girl told my baby to close her legs she stinks. what should I do ?

I'm trying to give the school time to do something about this before I go over there head. They have a no bullying policy but I don't see what is being done to this child. I don't know what they are waiting on for something bad to happen this will be to late. My child has depresstion also she don't want to go to school no more but has to go but this little girl is making my baby more hating school . and my child see nothing being done to this girl so she don't tell me all the time when this girl does do something . the teacher only moved her away from her is all they did that we know of.so what shold I do cause this girl is making me mad . any advice anyone can give would be nice. thanks have a nice day.

I'm curious to know if the problem was ever resolved. My son who is 10 went through extensive bullying last school year is now home schooled this yea. He's in counseling right now because of the bullying.
