First Time Breastfeeding Question

I am pregnant with my second daughter due December 29th and this will be the first time I am going to breastfeed. What foods should I stay away from that will not agree with my baby?

I've breasted all 5 of my kids. One thing I've always kept in mind is everything I intake will pass through to my milk. I laid off of caffeine and drank lots of water and oatmeal for breakfast I found this helped with my milk supply. I heard that you shouldn't eat fish, although I'm not sure why, I decided it's better safe then sorry. Also keep in mind keeping a good and constant feeding schedule helps with milk supply as well. I'd also think about purchasing a breast pump, in the beginning during engorgement (which is very painful) pumping my milk was of very much relief . Hope this helps a little.

Oh also every baby reacts differently to different foods. If you notice a change in her being fussy and gassy then just recall what you are prior to feeding and keep away.
