I am really guilty about my how expensive my makeup is, but I also believe you get what you pay for with beauty products. What do you ladies think?

I beleive that you get what you pay for in beauty products, yes I buy high end products also

I believe it depends on the product. A lot of the high end makeup brands and drugstore products are owned by the same company's. There are some makeup brands that are not co-owned that are highend and deliver amazing products though. I'm big on reading ingredients lists so I can make a good choice rather to pay the high price or go with the cheaper product. In some cases the high end products do deliver a bit more of what a buyer is looking for because they can put more money into making specific products. The things I tend to go more high end on is things like foundation and skincare where as thing like lashes or some drugstore shadows can be better than highend.

Hmmm, i dont think you always get what you pay for... ive spent over $50 on foundation and totally hated the quality of the product, where as ive spent $10 on a loreal/covergirl foundation and it looks 100x better. Same with shadows, primers, liquid lippies... the list goes on. I do believe high end makeup has better packaging though lol and i still buy alot of high end makeup but there's also alot of dupes for almost everything now so tou never know until you try it.

I love high end makeup products, but I would rather splurge on high end skincare. I haven't used any drugstore makeup or skincare in two years, and my skin has definitely improved.

I do when it comes to certain things like perfume, mascara, eyeliner and foundation. When it's things like nail polish, not really! They are all going to chip, and not last forever!

I use less but very useful beauty products for which I can pay a high amount also. My all time useful products are Eyeliner, Mascara, Kajal, sun-scream and lipstick too.

I have never ever had the pleasure to buy, or be gifted high end makeup and beauty products. I've sampled a few here and there but never owned any high end, quality products. I can't say one way or the other as to if I like them or not. I just but what I can afford and try to be happy with it.
