Any advice for aging skin?

Hello! I'm pretty new to SS, did a bit of looking around, but didn't see this specific question, so I'll give it a shot. Here's my dilemma. I am 37, and my normal face routine is just not cutting it any longer (my routine consisted of washing with water and putting baby lotion on 1/2 the time). I need a really good facial wash, moisturizer, and whatever else normal women use on their face lol. I have aged more than I realized in the last year, due to stress from a few big life changes...a lay off, me going back to work and leaving 2 year old with a sitter for the first time, another layoff, me getting hurt which resulted in a compressed disk/exposed nerve (old injury from a few years back coming back to haunt me) that insurance won't cover an MRI for, THEN, the big whopper...I was just diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is already causing issues healthwise. STRESS. SO! Looking for skincare routine for super dry starting to age (and droop) skin that won't break the bank! TIA!

I have done hours and hours of research online over the last year on anti-aging skincare ingredients. A lady named Angie at Hot and Flashy on YouTube does many videos on anti-aging skincare. She seems the most knowledgeable of all the people I have seen on YouTube. I have learned so much from her. I use a lot of products from Paula's Choice skincare. They have an entire line dedicated to anti-aging skincare called the Resist line. I have done tons of research and they really seem to have the best anti-aging ingredients for the most reasonable prices. The three top ingredients I have seen mentioned over and over again in anti-aging skincare are tretinoin cream which is a form of Vit A, a vitamin C serum, and glycolic acid. They seem to be the trifecta of anti-aging skincare. Angie at Hot and Flashy discusses each of these ingredients at length in her videos. I am 46 years old and I have only gotten interested in skincare in the last year. I am very happy with the quality of my skin.

You may not be able to reverse what is already there but you can prevent it from becoming progressing further or at lest slow it way down. just a few simple things, as long as you wash with something soapy to exfoliate, then moisturize morning and night is the first thing . It does not matter about the product because washing just keeps your skin exfoliated so new skin shows through. The second thing is water because then you will not dehydrate. The third thing is to get sleep. It is that simple, If you do the washing and moisturizing religiously you will have little worry!
