I highly recommend looking into the Simple skin care line. I have had great results with their replenishing rich moisturizer. I have had really bad dry skin this winter, but this lotion has helped get rid of the flakiness on my skin, moisturize and hydrate.

I definitely recommend Cetaphil. It is gentle & replenishing. If your skin is flaky, Aveeno's Positively Ageless Daily Exfoliating Cleanser is great as well. It's super gentle, smells good & helps to shed off any flaky/dry skin. Use a gentle cleanser in the morning & a gentle exfoliator at night! Clarins/Clinique both have EXCELLENT toners/serums for very dry/dry skin types. Make sure to use a gentle moisturizer & moisturize your skin often! Moisturization is key to keeping your skin soft & balanced. Cleansing isn't enough! Keeping your skin healthy & moisturized will ensure that it won't become dry. Drink lots & lots of water as well. Hope this helps! :~)

Have you tried "oil cleansing"? In my opinion that works best for dry skin. You can use coconut oil, avocado oil, rosehip oil or even olive oil. There are many articles/blogs about oil cleansing on internet. It is very healthy and leaves your skin glowing and radiant without the use of harsh chemicals. For morning routine, for me Vitamin C is the first choice, followed by a good moisturizer. Right now I am using MitoQ and love it. You can use it day and night. It doesn't have any SPF so you have to get that also. I like Devita sunscreen. Hope it helps.

I second this. The Simple foaming cleanser is really good for your skin without irritating it. Also, there are typically coupons on coupons.com for Simple so you can get it discounted.

I have dry skin and I have been recently using the Ole Henriksen Cleanse and Brighten Anti-Aging Duo that I picked up from sephora. I really happen to like it. Makes my skin feel really clean, hydrated, and soft. Might want to give that a try. I picked up the little duo for $15 on the sephora site. A little goes a long way.

I would recommend you try the Oz Naturals skin care which is available on Amazon. It's very budget friendly and products are all natural and if you aren't satisfied you can return them. They get consistently good reviews and keep to the basics. They have several cleansers available as well as some wonderful hydrating serums.

I use olay foaming face wash and I love it. I have tried multiple brands but this one is by far the best one. I know it's not a fancy brand, but my face feels really clean and I have very dry skin and it does not dry it out at all.
