We do talk about politics. Normally it's a mild annoyance when they vote contrary to my opinion/party. In this election it's almost a "You're out of the family" ordeal. Never has there been such a circus of a campaign. Makes a mockery of our country.

We talk about who we're voting for with close family but it really doesn't come up with friends.

I will gladly tell family or friends who I'm voting for if I'm asked. If they tell me that they are voting for a different candidate I usually think they're nuts but everyone's entitled to their own opinions!

I have told them voluntairly and when asked I tell them. Im curious as to what their reasons are for voting for a different candidate so I usually ask why. I like to understand their reasoning.

Yes, with some people. But there are just some people you cannot talk to if you are voting different from them. This election has become the worst election. No one can just talk reasonably.

I do not tell because all honest I do not know myself. I do not favor either candidate more than the other at this time. I don't think I would tell though, only my husband.
