I love kitties especially black ones. I guess you could call me a little obsessed since I have 5. They are so intelligent and loveable :-)

Rhonda I'm with you on this one I have my black cat and she is such a loving baby. We got her as a foster baby she was from a feral mama. Goodness she was such a wild thing, for almost a whole year we seldom saw her because she kept her distance. We knew she was eating and using the litter box. Finally one night as we were watching TV she decided to cuddle against my feet, since that day she has been so loyal and comforting.

Me! My last two cats from shelters have been Black cats. I think that they look so regal! And I think it's a shame how many people pass these poor cats off just because of their coat color that has nothing to do with their personalities. Both of my Black cats had sweet personalities, and I loved (love) them dearly. Some people are still hung up on black cats and witchcraft and spooky stuff. If they could get past that, they'd find an unconditional loving companion.

O My Goodness, I have an all black cat names Bella.She is a sweet heart. I call her my good luck charm ;) Ever since I was alilttle Ive always had Cats & a couple of dogs around. I Love Animals. . .

I love my darling Pumpkin! She's sweet but has her evil moments. We found her abandon in the farm root cellar a few days before our wedding! She was a bottle baby and still with us today.

We had 3 cats. They all passed away. One was a black female cat. Which my son brought home when she was a kitten. She lived till age 14. She passed away from heart failure. At our age, now were in our 60's we don't want anymore. We do miss them and still talk about the good times we had with them.

There's just something charming about black cats isn't there? I can't resist, but I wouldn't give for a lazy Ragdoll cat my goodness.

My cat was a black cat who I got as a kitten. She was the best cat ever! She lived 23 years and honestly she was an amazing cat! I have a special place in my heart for black cats!

I love cats of all colors. I have a 14 year old female black cat that loves to lick your arms and purrs like crazy.

My first cat, and my greatest fur love, was Buster the all black kitty. We adopted him at 1 year old. He knew to come when I called his name. I could play ball with him - he would hit a tinfoil ball with his paw every single time that I threw it at him. He crossed the rainbow bridge 3 years ago at 15. He had a long illness where I would have to syringe feed him often. Although he hated it, he always let me do it. I really miss Buster

I love cats in general, but yes, black cats are a personal favourite. My cat was named Chicanery. He used to walk on a leash, loved everything (cats, kids, dogs) and was just the coolest cat ever. He went to the Rainbow Bridge a number of years ago, and I still miss his face.
