Would be interested in hearing from other individuals who are gluten-intolerant or have Celiac's. I was recently diagnosed and have been struggling at time to find alternatives to some of the foods that I have grown up eating. After trying several different gluten-free products such as pizza crust and certain breads, I find the products to be gritty and unappetizing. Currently searching the web for cost-friendly alternatives for that gluten-free diet. We live in a small area so the amount of gluten free items available locally are minimal.

How were you diagnosed? I had a blood test and it was negative. I heard blood tests are not accurate. Having a biopsy is the best way to get diagnosed.
