When considering which lights to purchase to give your home that orange and purple glow Colwell-Lipson recommends you stay away from the incandescent varieties. These types of lights use up a lot of energy and tend to get very hot. A better alternative would be the LED lights which use up 90 percent less energy than the incandescent and they last longer too.

Saying "I Do" Is More Difficult For Childhood Cancer Survivors
Another reason people may find it difficult to connect with others after suffering cancer is because they find it harder to relate to others that have not gone through the same kind of experiences they have. Willis talks about a memorable discussion she had with other survivors about side effects from their treatment, "As we're sitting around talking about our rashes, that was the first time that I felt like other people understood what I had gone through."

Forget Diamonds, Time Is A Girl's Best Friend
The market has already seen a dramatic increase in women consumers and will see even more growth as the number of working women worldwide is expected to increase from 1 billion to 1.2 billion in the next five years. The authors of the book warn businesses and corporations that if they have not already begun catering to women in the market (mainly their concerns with time) they had better start now or else they will suffer the consequences in their future sales.

The guidelines state that fertility doctors should only transfer one or two embryos into women who are under the age of 35. After looking into Kamrava's past record it has been reported that he was transferring more than four embryos to all women he treated under the age of 35 on average.

Climate Change Debates Heat Up
We are also seeing environmental activists speaking out on the subject, some making grand gestures to have their voices heard. The Associated Press just reported that a group of activists in London scaled Britain's Parliament building on Sunday holding large yellow signs to draw attention to the issue of climate change.

Breast Cancer: Earlier Detection Made Simple
One of the most effective ways to treat breast cancer successfully is with early detection and according to researchers this new test will allow doctors to weigh a woman's risk before the breast cancer ever begins. Researchers from the University of Toronto explain the way the test will work, "tiny samples of blood and breast tissue to identify women at risk of breast cancer much more quickly than ever before."

On the other hand there are many people speaking out that find Letterman's past exploits to be reprehensible and think he should be disciplined by the network. Letterman may not have been married, but he appeared to be in a long term (23 year) committed relationship during the time of the relationships with his staff members. And any time you have someone of authority having sex with his subordinates questions arise over whether work place code of conduct was violated.
