Summer is a great time to travel even if you can’t go far! Sometimes the best places are right under your nose. Take a trip around your hometown pretending to be a tourist. Book a tour, take a class, book a date night and take advantage of the season!
Enjoy the beautiful weather and relax by digging into a great book. Looking for a summer read? You can download one of summer's most anticipated books, Emma in the Night by Wendy Walker, for free, before it hits the shelves.
One night three years ago, the Tanner sisters disappeared: fifteen-year-old Cass and seventeen-year-old Emma. Three years later, Cass returns, without her sister Emma. Her story is one of kidnapping and betrayal, of a mysterious island where the two were held. But to forensic psychiatrist Dr. Abby Winter, something doesn't add up. Looking deep within this dysfunctional family Dr. Winter uncovers a life where boundaries were violated and a narcissistic parent held sway. And where one sister's return might just be the beginning of the crime.
Emma In The Night is a unique, touching and thought-provoking story that will keep you on your toes; you’ll never expect the ending! Get your free download here!

Summer is all about being outdoors, so put on your favorite swimwear, find a pool, lake or beach near you, and jump in!
Summer nights can be equally as lovely as summer days. Find a nice spot (if you’re in a city you might want to find a location that offers a darker sky), lay out, and gaze away. If you’re interested in all the star names and constellations you can download an app like SkyView or Sky Guide that will tell you exactly what you’re viewing.

At home relaxing until school starts up!
I plan to spend the rest of my summer going to the local theme park Silver Dollar City and days walking at the park and sitting under a shade tree reading good mystery books.
Planning a staycation; SeaWorld San Antonio, the zoo and our local art museum, with my family. We are hoping to sneak in a few weekend stays to the beach too, but we'll see!
I'll spend the rest of summer finishing up projects around the house.
I'm spending the rest of the summer enjoying every minute with my daughter and finding ways to stay out of the heat.
Spending this week in San Antonio, going to visit friends who live on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas and spending time fishing at our home away from home!
We love taking advantage of the warm weather and sunshine in Georgia, we moved down from snow filled upstate NY in 2015 so we always soak up all the sun we can. We will spend the last month of summer taking care of our garden, playing outside, swimming and grilling.
Besides work, I am planning on going to DC for a long weekend and also spending time at the zoo/waterpark that I have a membership to. I may even enjoy time by or in the pool that my apartment complex has.
I plan on floatimg on the river as much as possible & camping! Trying out my new hammock & working at summer festivals!!
Going to the beach with my family
I will be calling, swimming, sunbathing, watching my kids play, and going on a vacation end of summer... I'm so excited to make all these great memories... my favorite thing to do lately is find a cool shaded spot to read in peace lol
I am going to sit on my patio and appreciate the view.
We're going to go to the local theme park for a day or two.
I look forward to spending the rest of my summer in the Beach!
Beach is summer love :) Still planning to go to the beach this summer!
