For longer hair. Bend forward and brush your hair toward the floor. Spray with hair spray, using fingers to separate sections do spray get to the roots. Stand up. Shake your head, then smooth and fluff with fingers. Spray. Voila. The spray at the roots keeps the hair from laying flat against the scalp. The rest of the process makes the hair appear full and thick.

I separate my hair into sections at the roots, spray lightly with hairspray, blow dry the section "up" with the hair dryer, then tossle with fingers at scalp!
Less heat, more moisture!
I use White Tea leave in conditioner after I shower. My hair is very thin and I'm only 27, so I use it Alot!!
I let my hair air dry after I wash it, with a little root lifter.
Once every two weeks i mix a paste of baking soda and shampoo and wash my hair with it. It strips all the build up out. I use a hair mask conditioner afterwards. When dry i brush it upside down to make it super full naturally.

Using good product, a good root booster and a lot of backcombing goes a long way...
Choose the right products that are compatible with your hair type & blowdry your hair while your head is upside down.
Use some coconut oil or mayo, rinse with lukewarm water then cool water. Instead of blow drying, I towel dry my hair, then brush it while bending over forward.
I have curly, fine hair that is dry. My curls love moisture so I love leave in conditioner. I wash, towel dry slightly and then add my leave-in. I scrunch and let my hair air dry and I end up will body and bounce.
I use volumizer on my roots, lots of layering and a hairdryer to create volume. Lord knows i need it, my hair just keeps getting thinner as i get older. I would love to try womens togaine shampoo. Thanks a bunch and good luck everyone!
