My mom has taught me many lessons over the years. One is to always find a reason to smile. There's always a reason to smile, even during life's harshest moments.
My mother has been gone now for many years, but she gave me the best advise to always remain positive no matter what might be going on in your life, that it will make you only stronger.
My mom always encouraged my 2 sisters and I to go for our dreams!! She said to always love yourself no matter who or what says different!! Never let anyone belittle you or make you feel unloved! Stand up for what you believe in!
When I was younger, I ignored most of my moms advice because I "knew everything". Made many mistakes and fell flat on my face nearly every time because of it. Now that I'm older I look back and realize she was right 99.9% of the time and I could have avoided a lot of bumps, bruises and heartache if I had only listened. I am now on the giving end with my own children and so far it looks like they inherited the "know everything" gene from mama, so I will just continue with the advice, hope they take it and if they don't, make sure I'm there to kiss the boo boos and make everything okay.
Hi well my mom is the best mom ever she took care of me and my kids when i was fighting cancer she has always been there for me and anyone who needs someone to understand or just needs help she is so kind and she diserves the best mothers day gift in the world but i cant even afford to get her anything with all my hospital bills pileing up on me and she is helping me pay for the i love my mom with i had something o give her for mothers day she diserves it for sure
My mom has been fighting breast cancer for 7 years. I've always known she is tough, but what I've witnessed throughout these years is simply incredible. She is strong, courageous and inspiring. She is on her 29th month of chemo and still cares for others as an RN. One thing I always remember her saying to us growing up was "you won't always like everything you do in life, but do it anyway."
My mother always believed in me, for that I am eternally grateful.
Even though I didn't have the best child I now mom tried her best .She raised 5children own her own.
My mom always said treat others as you want to be treated.
My mom was a single parent from the time I was 6 years old and my two younger siblings. I learned not to be dependent on a man but to be an independent woman.
My mother always taught me that beauty hurts, and being the diva that I am, I know and understand it. To me, it is sooo worth it!
The best advice my mom ever gave was "the only people you see fighting are those not intelligent enough to use words and express whatever emotions currently feeling" This has prevented several public specticals and allowed me to learn how to handle my feelings and behave appropriately when a tense situation comes up. My mom died September 3 2003 and I miss her everyday, she was incredibly diplomatic and would advise without judgment, these are qualities I'm proud to have learned from her.
my mom has ben gone for 12 years and I miss her everyday She always told me to relax because I could not change what would happen and things will work ouut
The most advise from my mom that i keep using it, is to be patient and always respect others, and i always seems to keep repeated to my son too
my mom taught me that you might not be able to do everything, but it doesn't hurt to try!
