Love this product! I love gummy vitamins and it actually works better on my insomnia than OTC sleep medicine without harmful side effects.

help you to have a better mood and aa better day if you have a bad bad day this its really nice to relax and no drowsy sensation at all.. recomended

Amazing I'm always looking for thing to help me relax without the harsh side effects of sleeping pills.I would totally recommend this. I also liked the taste.

Do not like the taste and did nothing for me :( The flavor of these gummies is not very good. I'm not a fan. The recommended dose consists of two, and doing so on a daily basis gets gross very quickly. They are also very chewy to me. This bottle contains a 45 day supply. The main ingredient that's supposed to promote relaxation is L-Theanine. I personally did not see ANY results whatsoever after taking these on a regular basis. Not preferable, seeing as to how expensive this ingredient can be. With that being said, this brand is one of the most expensive per dose that I can find- after doing a quick search online, the average cost for 60 doses (a 60 day supply) of 200 mg looks to be about $12.00. This is currently selling for almost double that, AND you get 25% less than the other, lower priced brands as well. This falls in line with the rest of Vitafusion's "beauty" line- I've found that all three of the varieties included typically cost at least double the cost of other brands with the same or similar ingredients. You're basically paying for the pretty packaging (geared towards women) and the fact that they're gummies. The only reason I did not give this 1 star (seeing as it was not effective for me and did not taste very good) was because maybe I just have a high tolerance for vitamins that are supposed to help with mood. I have tried L-Tyrosine and 5-HTP as well, with very limited/no change in mood, and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the fact that I currently suffer from managed/reduced symptom bipolar depression and am on Wellbutrin. So it may work better for others, and it isn't really the company's fault that it doesn't work for me.
